Parallel Operations reached out because they struggled to differentiate and articulate their unique value. To potential clients, they looked similar to other inventory setup partners. The founder knew the real issue wasn't the service, but the lack of a clear direction and the habit of trying to appeal to everyone at once. I helped them define a niche – small Shopify consumer brands that have outgrown Google Sheets, and reposition Parallel Operations as the alternative to DIY inventory setups, built around a proven methodology from 40+ implementations.
